Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Driver at Hallmark Attorneys, located in Dar es-Salaam. The Office Driver will be responsible for safely transporting staff, clients, and documents to designated locations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and inspecting the assigned vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic rules, and assisting with logistical duties as requested. Promptness, route planning, and adherence to schedules are critical components of this role.

Qualifications
• Proficient in motor vehicle Driving and possession of a valid CDL Class A license
• Strong Communication skills to interact professionally with staff and clients
• Customer Service focusing on professionalism and courteous behavior
• Familiarity with traffic laws, local routes, and vehicle maintenance practices
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
