Your Impact:
• As an Analyst, Process and Mining Applications you will play a hands-on role in enhancing and supporting our Mining/Process application ecosystems by ensuring functionality, security, and reliability through rigorous testing and quality assurance.
• You will provide expert technical support, gather and translate user feedback into continuous improvements and maintain clear documentation that empowers teams and keeps our critical application performing at their best.
As Part Of Our Team You Will:
• Support, configure, and maintain Mining/Process applications to meet business needs while ensuring accuracy, security, and reliability.
• Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance to guarantee application performance and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support, resolving use issues, and gathering feedback to enhance digital date services.
• Prepare and maintaining thorough documentation for all specialized mining applications.
• Actively contributing to a safe, collaborative, and high-performance team by asking questions, raising issues, offering ideas, and seeking feedback.
• Work closely with internal IT teams, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and other core operations systems teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Mining/Process applications.
• Communicate and coordinate with operational teams and third-party vendors to support and enhance Mining/Process applications.
• Assist in project management tasks, including budget reporting, control, and forecasting related to mining application projects.
Your Training, Skills & Experience Checklist:
Formal Qualification (including Professional Registrations):
• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
• Minimum of at least 3-5 years working experience in technology support.
Additional Knowledge
• Deep experience in Mining/Process Operations Technology (OT) resource support and a strong ability to solve problems, make decision and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting Mining/Process operations such as fleet management systems, production reporting, planning, geology, or processing systems with the ability to configure and optimize these tools for operational performance.
Technical Skills
• Strong technical capability including troubleshooting, data analysis, coding or scripting fundamentals, and working with APIs or interface logic to support system integrations across mining OT/IT environments.
• Applied project management skills such as budgeting, reporting, cost control, forecasting and change management with a mining or heavy-industry setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills with a high level of self-awareness, effective communication, collaboration across disciplines, and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Strong knowledge of fundamental IT Service Management.

The Work Environment:
• The location for this position is at our Accra Hub.
• Incumbent will mostly rotate between the Ahafo North and Ahafo South mine sites.
