SUMMARY OF THE ROLE As an Assistant Project Sales Manager, you will promote and sell products to key customers by building strong relationships, addressing sales and technical inquiries, and achieving targets for sales, margin and customer satisfaction—positioning Jotun as the preferred supplier. The role is based in Addis Ababa and reports to the Sales Manager. Responsibilities: Drive Business Growth Conduct market visits, manage key accounts, and set new business targets to achieve growth objectives. Customer Acquisition Identify and approach potential clients, respond swiftly to inquiries, and convert leads to increase market share. Market Intelligence Gather and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor data to develop effective business strategies. Project Monitoring Track key projects to ensure the use of company products and meet sales targets. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and product support. Commercial Follow-up Monitor pricing and payments to optimize gross margins and reduce outstanding receivables.
