Role Description

BEYO Ghana is seeking a full-time Community Development Volunteer to support its community-focused initiatives. Responsibilities include engaging with local communities to identify needs, planning and executing community development projects, fostering economic growth strategies, and promoting sustainable practices. This is an on-site role based in Accra, requiring hands-on collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Community Engagement and Community Development

• Proficiency in Communication and the ability to build relationships with diverse groups

• Knowledge and experience in Economic Development initiatives

• Project Management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate community programs effectively

• Understanding of local and regional challenges and the ability to propose innovative solutions

• Flexibility and the ability to work on-site in Accra

• A background in social work, public policy, economics, or community planning is a plus

• Passion for making a positive impact in communities
