Country Manager - Accra

Role Overview

We are looking for a Country Manager.

The Country Manager will have full leadership responsibility for SecuriState’s Ghana operations, including business development, operational management, financial performance, compliance, and team leadership.

This role requires strong market knowledge and proven leadership experience within security services, security technology, manpower solutions, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Ghana’s country growth strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.

• Drive revenue growth across government, infrastructure, oil & gas, commercial, and enterprise sectors.

• Lead major bids, tenders, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships.

• Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, regulators, and corporate decision-makers.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance, service excellence, and operational efficiency.

• Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team.

• Identify new market opportunities, particularly in technology-driven security and consultancy solutions.
