• Role Description

The Customer Service Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra. The role involves addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering efficient support to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, providing information about the bank's products and services, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience through effective communication and professionalism.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
