As a Customer Services Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers across several storage locations. You’ll handle enquiries, provide accurate quotations, guide customers on unit sizes, and manage the full customer journey from initial contact through to agreement and payment. This is a high-touch, sales-oriented service role where responsiveness, organisation, and attention to detail are key.
Working remotely from South Africa and reporting into a UK-based Sales Team Leader, you’ll support a dynamic, multi-company environment. You’ll balance inbound and outbound communication, maintain accurate records, and proactively follow up on leads and outstanding balances to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer messages
• Provide tailored quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Issue and process Customer Agreements and related documentation
• Advise customers on appropriate unit sizes based on their needs
• Schedule and coordinate site viewings
• Process payments accurately and securely
• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent service delivery
• Support general administrative tasks as required
What You Bring
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or administrative roles
• Exposure to self-storage or similar service-driven environments is advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into sales
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working remotely and managing workload independently
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
