Role Summary*

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Incident Response Specialist to support the identification, investigation, and remediation of cybersecurity incidents across the bank’s digital infrastructure. The role involves hands-on incident response, threat analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to strengthen the organization’s security posture.
• Key Responsibilities
• Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents including malware infections, unauthorized access, and suspicious activities
• Perform analysis of security events, logs, and alerts from SIEM and other security tools
• Support incident response activities including detection, containment, eradication, and recovery
• Conduct basic to intermediate forensic analysis on endpoints, systems, and networks
• Identify indicators of compromise (IOCs) and support threat hunting activities
• Document incidents, prepare reports, and recommend remediation actions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve incident response processes and security controls
• Support continuous monitoring and improvement of the organization’s cyber defense capabilities
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in cybersecurity, SOC, or incident response roles
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ArcSight, Sentinel)
• Good understanding of incident response processes and security operations
• Exposure to digital forensics, threat hunting, or malware analysis is an advantage
• Familiarity with network security concepts and endpoint security tools
• Relevant certifications (Security+, CEH, CHFI, or similar) are an advantage.
