We're seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our AI team. You will develop advanced machine learning models and Generative AI algorithms to solve complex business problems, lead data-driven projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge conversational Chatbots and natural language processing (NLP) systems by leveraging the power of Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize AI models for conversational chatbots.
• Build efficient data pipelines and architectures.
• Analyze large datasets for insights.
• Research and explore novel Generative AI techniques.
• Develop and maintain conversational models and RAG system.
• Evaluate and optimize chatbot performance.
• Stay updated on AI advancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in CS, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI, with a focus on conversational AI and Generative AI.
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps tools.
• Proven experience in building and deploying conversational chatbots.
• Expertise in NLP techniques, including text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and question answering.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI architectures and frameworks.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦600,000.00 - ₦800,000.00 per month
