> Conduct on-site quality inspections for all Mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting), implementing QC procedures (ITPs, MIRs, WIRs) in line with project standards.
> Monitor and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards
> Ensure early validation of all Mechanical reservations, sleeves, and embedments in RC works, coordinating closely with civil/structural teams to prevent clashes, rework, or structural modifications.
> Monitor installation quality of HVAC systems, piping, ductwtork, insulation and firefighting systems.
> Support inspection and testing of high side equipment (chillers, pumps, fire pumps)
> Address durability risks of Mechanical systems in tropical maritime conditions, including corrosion protection, waterproofing of shafts, condensate management, and system reliability.
> Inspect materials delivered to the site for compliance with approved Material Approval Requests (MARs) and technical specifications.
> Maintain inspection records, test results, NCRs, and corrective actions, and consolidate into monthly quality reports with recommendations for improvement.
> Participate in client, consultant, and internal quality review meetings to align QA/QC requirements.
> Support in training site staff on best practices for construction quality control.
> Good interpersonal and leadership skills,
> Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting), with the ability to detect design or installation deficiencies before execution.
> Proven ability to critically review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals to ensure compliance with international codes and operator brand standards.
> Good communication skills.
> Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC documentation tools, with the ability to prepare clear inspection records and technical reports.
> Diploma, B. Tech. or B.E. in Mechanical
> Minimum 7 years of experience in site execution and quality control of MEP works, including Low Side (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) and exposure to High Side equipment installation, testing, and commissioning (e.g., chillers, fire pumps, switchgear).
> Proven track record in hospitality projects, with experience gained through both contracting firms and project management organizations.
> Direct experience on international hotel projects will be considered a strong advantage, particularly for meeting operator technical standards.
> Experience in projects within remote, developing, or island environments will be considered a strong advantage.
