About the Role
We’re a Toronto-based creative and marketing company working with restaurants, nightlife brands, and lifestyle businesses.
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager
who understands how to drive real results, not just post content.
This role focuses on
strategy, performance, and growth
across digital channels.
We’re also looking for someone who is a
people person and highly creative
, someone who can communicate well, think outside the box, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Planning and executing
digital marketing strategies
across campaigns
• Managing and optimizing
Meta ads (Instagram & Facebook)
• Analyzing performance and improving campaigns based on data
• Building and managing funnels for customer acquisition
• Working with the content team to align content with marketing goals
• Responding to DMs, comments, and inquiries
in a timely and brand-appropriate tone
• Coordinating with
influencers and content creators
for collaborations and campaigns
• Tracking key metrics like
reach, conversions, cost per result, and ROI
• Identifying growth opportunities and testing new ideas
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in
digital marketing (ads, strategy, or growth)
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Ability to read and act on data and analytics
• Experience with campaign optimization and scaling
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking
• Creative mindset
with the ability to generate ideas and improve content direction
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with people
• Basic graphic design skills
(Canva or similar) to support campaigns
Requirements
• Access to a
reliable laptop
• Fast and stable internet connection (WiFi)
• Access to an iPhone 11 or newer
for content testing and platform accuracy
Bonus (What Will Make You Stand Out)
• Experience working with
restaurants, nightlife, or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of content strategy and social media trends
• Experience with Google Ads or email marketing
• Ability to connect marketing efforts directly to sales and revenue
Compensation
• ₵2,500/month during a 1–3 month review period
• Increased to ₵4,000/month
based on performance
Growth is based on results, consistency, and ability to scale campaigns.
