We want someone who is a true music aficionado, a natural entertainer, a lively broadcaster, street smart, digitally sharp, creatively fearless, and deeply in tune with cross-cultural and cross-generational trends.

You should be able to host, create, connect, contextualize trends, spark energy, and make even the shyest person on the street sing.
