Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Follow-Up & Order Tracking Team based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The role involves managing order processing, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of orders, providing support to customers, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. Additional responsibilities include analyzing metrics to optimize processes and contributing to excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Order Management and Order Processing
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proven Analytical Skills to assess data and improve operational efficiency
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or related fields is an advantage
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Swahili is preferred
