Role Description The Fundraising Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing fundraising initiatives to support the company's programs and services. This includes identifying potential donors, building and maintaining relationships, coordinating fundraising events, and developing effective strategies to meet fundraising goals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to create compelling proposals and campaigns.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra.
Qualifications
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication for building relationships and effectively engaging with donors and stakeholders
• Experience in Fundraising and Philanthropy, with a proven track record of achieving fundraising targets
• Proficiency in Event Planning to design and manage impactful fundraising events
• Ability to think strategically and creatively in identifying unique fundraising opportunities
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in fundraising or nonprofit management is an advantage
