ROLE SUMMARY
This role is responsible for
driving daily sales, client growth, and product movement within the healthy foods outlet.
You will work
• At the shop
(serving and selling to walk-in clients)
• Within the community
(actively engaging clients, creating demand, and driving sales)
This is a
hands-on, field-active role
.
You are expected to take ownership of
sales, stock, and client relationships
, not wait for clients to come.
Your success will be measured by:
• Products selling consistently
• Clients returning and buying again
• New clients being actively generated

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

ability to deliver results

Preferred:
• Background in
Nutrition, Health Sciences, Sales, Business, or related field
• OR practical experience in:
• Retail sales
• Customer engagement
• Community-based work
Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently speak to clients and recommend products
• Basic organizational skills (record keeping, stock tracking, follow-ups)
• Ability to work both
within the shop and outside in the community
• Willingness to be
hands-on and actively involved in selling and outreach
Very Important:
• You must be comfortable:
• Selling products directly
• Making follow-up calls
• Engaging clients in the community
• Taking initiative without supervision
ADDED ADVANTAGE (NOT COMPULSORY)
• Experience in:
• Health or nutrition-related work
• Retail or shop management
• Field sales or outreach
• Ability to train others or explain products clearly
IMPORTANT NOTE
This is not a passive or desk-based role.

• Avoiding outreach or follow-up
• Not being directly involved in selling
this role will not be a good fit.
