NOTICE FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC

On 9th
April 2026, a notice is hereby served to the General Public that KOKO NETWORKS RWANDA Ltd commenced insolvency proceedings by filing to Commercial Court its prayer for reorganisation. Following the said commencement, a shareholder applied to the Registrar General for appointment of a provisional administrator to provisionally manage the company pending a court’s decision in its reorganization application. On 1st April 2026, the Registrar General, appointed Mr. Isaac Bizumuremyi as the company’s provisional administrator. On 2nd April 2026, the appointment was accepted hence the effective date of provisional administration.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rwandan Law N0. 075/2021 of 6th Dec 2021 relating to insolvency, a notice is hereby given to all creditors for Koko Networks Rwanda Ltd to submit their claims against Koko Networks Rwanda Ltd to the provisional administrator not later than 15th April 2026 at 16hrs. Claims with supporting documents shall be submitted via email: RW_KOKOADMINISTRATOR@KOKONETWORKS.COM. Hard copies may also be delivered to the administrator’s address at N0. 6 KN 33 Street, Kiyovu, Kigali. Telephone: 0788300983, email: rw_kokoadministrator@kokonetworks.com. Late submissions shall not be accepted.

INVITIATION FOR THE FIRST CREDITORS MEETING

An invitation for first meeting of creditors of Koko Networks Rwanda Ltd (in administration) is hereby given. The meeting shall be held on 16th April 2026 at 2pm. The venue of the meeting is at Plot D10 Kigali Special Economic Zone, Gasabo, Kigali, Rwanda (Koko Networks operations office). The meeting shall be about the appointment of the provisional administrator, creation of creditors committees, and any other business.
