Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra for a Job Coach at a hotel and restaurant venue. The Job Coach will assist team members in developing professional skills, setting career goals, and staying motivated to achieve workplace success. Daily responsibilities include offering career counseling, conducting employee training sessions, providing tailored coaching, and fostering effective communication within the team. The Job Coach will also help employees identify growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Job Coaching and Coaching to support employee growth and performance
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication to build positive working relationships
• Experience in Career Counseling to guide employees in identifying and achieving professional goals
• Ability to motivate individuals and encourage confidence in professional development
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field preferred
