We're a South Africa-based outsourcing company placing talented professionals with US businesses. We're currently hiring a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support an e-commerce client managing Amazon shipments across multiple locations. This role operates on US Eastern Time (EST). A reliable remote setup - including a stable internet connection, a capable computer, and a quiet working environment - is required.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Creating and managing shipments to Amazon from multiple warehouse locations

Accurate and timely data entry across logistics and inventory systems

Placing purchase or replenishment orders as needed

Using context and initiative to problem‑solve - this role requires genuine thinking, not just task execution REQUIREMENTS Hands‑on experience with Amazon logistics and shipment creation (Seller Central / FBA)

Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data manipulation

Experience with Seller Cloud or similar warehouse/inventory management platforms

Warehousing or supply chain operations background

Reliable home office setup: fast and stable internet, a capable computer, and a professional working environment WHO YOU ARE Analytical - you look for patterns, catch discrepancies, and think before you act

Organised - you manage multiple moving pieces without letting things slip A clear communicator - you flag issues early, ask smart questions, and keep stakeholders informed

Self‑sufficient - you can operate with minimal hand‑holding once you understand the context HOURS Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM EST

Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST

Option to shift to earlier hours over time
