Agora Consulting specializes in providing project baseline surveys, end-line assessments, impact evaluations, and third-party monitoring (TPM) in sectors such as displacement, peace-building, inclusive growth, climate change, and renewable energy.

Role Description
This is a contract on-site role in different regions of Ethiopia, for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) experts, researchers, supervisors, and enumerators. Responsibilities include conducting monitoring, leading or supporting evaluations, supervising fieldwork, training data collection teams, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. Team members will contribute to project assessments and reporting to ensure actionable insights for clients.

Qualifications
• Skills in Monitoring and M&E methodologies
• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to guide field teams
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for both qualitative and quantitative data
• Experience in delivering Training to enumerators and field teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related disciplines
• Prior experience in development projects focused on displacement, peace building, or climate change is advantageous
• Ability to work in dynamic field environments with diverse stakeholder groups
