Overview
We are seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Consultant to lead a 3-month project focused on implementing Odoo and optimising internal business operations.
This is a hands-on, outcome-driven role focused on replacing fragmented systems with a streamlined, scalable Odoo setup.
Key Responsibilities
• Audit current tools, systems, and workflows
• Lead full Odoo implementation (setup, configuration, and rollout)
• Design and optimise workflows across CRM, sales, operations, and finance
• Migrate data and integrate essential tools
• Automate processes and improve reporting/visibility
• Deliver training, documentation, and handover
Key Deliverables
• Clear process audit and implementation roadmap
• Fully configured and operational Odoo system
• Streamlined, integrated workflows across the business
• Team training and system documentation
Ideal Experience
• Proven experience implementing Odoo ERP (essential)
• Strong background in business process optimisation
• Experience working with SMEs/service-based businesses
• Hands-on, practical, and delivery-focused
