The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of BDC operations, risk control, and CBN regulatory requirements, with proven experience in driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operational activities and workflow Maintain accurate operational records and documentation Monitor transactions for accuracy Coordinate with regulatory bodies and auditors when required Identify operational risks and recommend control measures Support process improvement initiatives Prepare operational report Requirements BSc or HND in any management course and from a notable university or poly 2–3 years’ experience in operations roles Excellent organizational and reporting skills High level of integrity and attention to detail Ability to work independently and under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office and record management systems.

Salary N250,000 per month.
