• Lead and coordinate technical teams working on Data Ops, AI Ops, and platform development to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Drive the adoption and integration of Generative AI and Generative BI technologies within the platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, data scientists, and engineers, to align technical initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure operational excellence, scalability, and security of data and AI platforms.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster technical expertise and innovation.
Occasional missions and project examples
• Leading the deployment of a new Generative AI platform for business intelligence.
• Driving innovation workshops on GenAI and GenBI technologies.
• Coordinating with international partners on platform scalability and security.

Profile sought
We are looking for candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Data Science.
Your hard skills
• Strong expertise in Data Ops and AI Ops methodologies and tools.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI and Generative BI technologies.
• Experience with scalable platform architecture and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in data engineering, data pipelines, and orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards in data and AI environments.
Your soft skills
You demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, enabling you to inspire and guide diverse technical teams. Your strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities help you navigate complex challenges with agility. You are experienced in SAFe and agile methodologies, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation.
