Patient Booking Specialist - Remote (South Africa)

We are seeking a Patient Booking Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to leads we generate for our medical spa & aesthetic practice clients, with the goal of setting an appointment. This role requires exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Duties:

• Call leads within 5 minutes after they submit their information (during the US workday)

• Follow a provided script

• Book them in for an appointment directly onto our clients' calendars

• Monitor text conversations with leads

• Keep track of leads in our clients' sales pipelines

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or appointment setting for medical spas or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with marketing & CRM software such as GoHighLevel

• Ability to work multiple short shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

This role has the potential to scale into more hours or a full time role.
Job Types:
Part-time, Contract
Pay:
$7 per hour + Performance Bonuses

Performance Bonuses:

• $3 per show for the first 10 showed appointments per month

• $5 per show for appointments 11-20 in a month

• $7 per show for appointments 21+ in a month

Expected hours:
5 – 15 per week

• 2-4 workblocks throughout the day

• Each workblock lasts anywhere from 15-45 minutes

• Workblock times vary depending on your timezone

• Sporadic phone calls made throughout the day as leads come in (calls last approx. 5-7 minutes)
