The Role of P&C Coordinator:
We currently have an opportunity for a talentedP&C Coordinator to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
As aP&C Coordinator your responsibilitiesare :
1. Tobe in charge ofmonitoring of the flexible work force
2. To requisition general office supplies for the department,complying withHotel policy on requisitioning,purchasingandissuing ofsuch supplies.
3. To answer departmental telephones in the prescribed manner, projecting a professional and positive image and directing calls to theappropriate personnel.
4. To take messages, where necessary, on behalf of the departmental personnel,passing onsuch messages to their recipient at the earliest opportunity.
5. To answer adjacent department’s telephones in the prescribed manner,assistingcallers where possible or taking messages for onward transmission to theappropriate personnel.
6. To ensure that departmental post is sorted correctly and passed to theappropriate teammemberson a daily basis.
7. To make andretaincopies of all correspondence (except standard letters),maintainappropriate filesfor easy retrieval of information.
8. To archive files on an annualbasis, orwherever directed by other departmental personnel.
9. Tomaintainup to date files for employees and leavers, ensuring that filing is completed ina timelyandaccuratefashion.
10. To ensure theaccurateinput of employee data in the Human Resources system.
11. To pass applicable details ofauthorisednew starters,leaversand employee status changes to the payroll section, having first logged the changes, by theappropriate method, in the Human Resources department.
