Introduction
Our client is a small, home-based practice on the look out for a new receptionist. The ideal candidate would have strong administration skills, task management and an excellent phone manner. A full day job which requires good organisational skills as most of the day is spent simultaneously answering telephone calls and running a busy diary.
Duties & Responsibilities
Reception & Front Office Duties
•
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
•
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and packages
Administrative Support
•
Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, copying, and document preparation
•
Assist with data capturing and maintaining office records
•
Coordinate bookings and office calendars
Personal Assistant Duties
•
Provide administrative support to management or executives
•
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
•
Assist with travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
•
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence when required
•
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items on behalf of management
Office Coordination
•
Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and clients where necessary
•
Assist with organizing company events, meetings, or internal functions
•
Support office operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
Desired Experience & Qualification
Martic Certificate
2-3 years as a receptionist/Personal Assistant
Package & Remuneration
Salary on offer: R10000 / R12000 per month
