Remote Presentation Specialist (Ad Hoc) – South Africa-based • R550/hour

We are looking for an experienced Presentation Specialist to create and refine high-quality, complex business presentations for international clients. This role requires a strong eye for design, excellent data-handling skills, and the ability to transform complex information into clear, visually engaging presentations .

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Excel , and be comfortable building presentations that include data-heavy tables, charts, and structured information .

You will work closely with teams to translate strategic, financial, and operational content into polished presentations suitable for executive, client, and board-level audiences .

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and produce high-quality presentations using PowerPoint and Keynote
• Transform complex information into clear visual storytelling
• Build and format data-heavy slides including tables, charts, and structured layouts
• Work with Excel data and translate it into presentation-ready graphics
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to enhance visual assets where needed
• Maintain brand consistency across presentations
• Work with international teams and respond to fast turnaround times
• Ensure presentations are clear, accurate, and visually polished
Requirements
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong Keynote experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong Excel skills for working with tables and data
• Ability to structure complex information clearly
• Excellent layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Strong attention to detail
Experience
• Minimum 5 years experience creating professional presentations
• Experience producing complex corporate or consulting-style presentations
• Proven experience working with data-driven slides and tables
• Experience working with international teams or clients is advantageous
