Role Description

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, allowing flexibility for some work-from-home days. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, engaging with potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include conducting client outreach, delivering product presentations, supporting sales team training, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage and build relationships with clients
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
• Experience in Training, with the ability to collaborate and support sales teams
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends and developing strategic marketing initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
