Our client, a fast-growing premium interior solutions company specialising in the importation and distribution of high-quality wallpapers and architectural mouldings sourced from Europe is seeking a Sales Development Representative.
The Sales Development
Representative is responsible for identifying, engaging, and generating new business opportunities for the company. The role focuses on proactive outreach, relationship building, and converting prospects into qualified leads that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, target-driven, and confident in engaging with professionals in the interior design and construction industry. Key Responsibilities:
A.) Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and target potential clients including:
• Interior designers
• Architects
• Real estate developers
• Construction companies
• Hotels and commercial projects
• Actively source new business opportunities through online platforms, referrals, and field visits. B.) Outreach & Engagement
• Initiate contact with prospects via:
• Phone calls
• WhatsApp and social media
• Emails
• Present the company’s products (wallpapers, moldings, and interior solutions) in a compelling manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients C.) Lead Qualification
• Engage prospects to understand their needs, timelines, and project scope
• Identify high-potential clients and prioritize accordingly
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions D.) Meeting & Appointment Setting
• Schedule and coordinate:
• Showroom visits
• Client meetings
• Site visits
• Ensure prospects are guided through the early stages of the sales process
Requirements
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role
• Experience in construction, interior design, or building materials is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good understanding of customer needs and relationship management Preferred Qualities:

• Strong negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
