Scent Solutions Executive (Sales & Field Operations)
Full-time · Field-based · Accra, Ghana
We are looking for a driven and presentable individual to join our scent solutions team. This role is primarily focused on client servicing, field sales, and business development, and is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, building relationships, and growing a client base.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus)
• Identify and approach new clients including retail shops, salons, offices, and hospitality spaces
• Present and pitch our scent solutions in a confident and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales
• Provide daily updates on sales activity and market feedback
Client Servicing & Account Management
• Visit existing clients regularly to service and maintain scent machines
• Ensure all installed units are functioning properly and clients are satisfied
• Handle basic troubleshooting and report any technical issues
• Maintain clear records of visits and client needs
Operations Support (Light Involvement)
• Assist occasionally with product preparation and logistics when needed
• Coordinate stock and deliveries for assigned clients
What We’re Looking For
• Confident, well-spoken, and presentable
• Strong sales mindset and comfortable approaching new clients
• Self-driven with good time management
• Comfortable working in the field daily
• Motorbike license and ability to ride in Accra
• Experience in sales, client service, or field roles is a strong advantage
