Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghana for a Sales Support Executive. The successful candidate will assist the sales team to achieve business objectives by managing client relationships, preparing sales proposals, processing orders, and maintaining updated customer records. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of customer requests, responding to inquiries, and providing administrative support to optimize sales operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in sales administration, order processing, and maintaining CRM systems
• Experience in project coordination and collaboration with internal teams
• Attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge or experience in the construction or building materials industry is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Ghana
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales support tools
