Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Kicukiro District, Rwanda. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, providing top-notch customer service, and delivering product training to customers. The role also involves tracking sales performance, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue, and contributing to the strategic goals of Canal+ Rwanda and Canal Box franchise.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets while contributing to strategic sales initiatives
• Ability to conduct Training sessions to educate customers on products and services
• Proven organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
• Understanding of the telecommunications or digital entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
