Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Barista / Mixologist to lead beverage preparation, enhance customer experience, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in coffee, cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, with the ability to create unique offerings and maintain high service standards. A bubbly, energetic, and customer-focused personality is essential.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages

• Develop and introduce new drink recipes and seasonal menus

• Ensure excellent customer service and create a premium café experience

• Drive sales growth through upselling and product recommendations

• Supervise and train Assistant Baristas and junior staff

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of coffee machines and bar equipment

• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory of beverage ingredients

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND or relevant certification in hospitality (preferred)

• 3–5 years experience as a Barista, Mixologist, or in a similar role

• Strong expertise in coffee preparation, cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks

• Proven ability to drive sales and improve customer experience

• Strong leadership and team supervision skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be bubbly, creative, and customer-friendly at all times

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

• Must reside within Lekki, VI, or nearby areas
