Senior UX Designer (Salesforce Experience Required)

Description

We are looking for a seasoned Senior UX Designer to join our consulting team on an exciting engagement with a major South African bank. The ideal candidate brings strong design thinking capabilities, advanced UX expertise, and hands-on experience working on Salesforce platforms or Salesforce?related projects. You will work across two high-impact Salesforce initiatives aimed at enhancing colleague experience, improving customer visibility, and optimising operational processes.

What you'll do:
• Customer 360 Salesforce Project
• Lead UX design for the bank’s Customer 360 view within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and Salesforce teams to translate requirements into intuitive, efficient user journeys.
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Ensure consistency across touchpoints and alignment with Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Collections (Salesforce) Project
• Drive UX design for the Collections process and journey enhancements.
• Analyse existing user interactions and identify opportunities to streamline and improve the collections workflow.
• Design end-to-end user flows, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction models within Salesforce.

Your Expertise:
• 7+ years experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.
• Mandatory: Proven experience working on Salesforce projects (Salesforce clouds, interface design within the platform, or designing for Salesforce user journeys).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise design work.
• Expertise in:
• User research
• Journey mapping
• Interaction design
• Wireframing & prototyping
• Usability testing
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure, Miro).
• Experience designing for large-scale environments (banking/financial services experience advantageous).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross?functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.

• Location: Cape Town or Johannesburg (Hybrid)
