Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the brand’s social media and digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and community growth across key platforms.
• Plan, create, and manage a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring consistent, high-quality posts that reflect the organisation’s design philosophy and brand identity.
• Produce engaging digital content, including videos, reels, short-form storytelling, graphics, and product-focused content that resonates with the target audience.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn), ensuring timely posting, engagement, and brand consistency.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital culture, translating relevant trends into creative content opportunities for the brand.
• Build and nurture an active online community by engaging with followers, responding to messages and comments, and encouraging user-generated content.
• Identify and manage influencer and creator partnerships, including collaborations with micro-influencers and brand advocates to expand brand reach.
• Support product launches and marketing campaigns by developing creative digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and customer interest.
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness, using insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall brand strategy, product releases, and business objectives.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media &Communications, Business Administration Or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Content Marketing are an added advantage
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand or organisation.
• Experience working with lifestyle, design, consumer goods, or fashion brands is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability, with the capacity to translate brand ideas into engaging and relatable content
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to take ownership of ideas and drive them from concept to execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
• Understanding of social media analytics tools
• Knowledge of digital marketing and influencer marketing strategies
• Awareness of brand storytelling and visual identity principles
• Proven experience creating engaging digital content.
• Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts and building online communities.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 net
