Student Success Coach

We’re hiring a Student Success Coach for a leading global education organization committed to delivering an exceptional student experience and improving student engagement, progression, and retention.

In this role, you’ll work directly with students to help them achieve their academic goals by creating personalized success plans focused on study management, skills development, access to services, peer support, and overall student experience. You’ll provide one-on-one coaching, proactive outreach, and data-driven interventions to support students throughout their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage personalized student success plans to improve progression and retention

• Provide 1:1 coaching and group support sessions to students

• Monitor student performance and proactively intervene when needed

• Use CRM systems and student data to track progress and manage caseloads

• Support students with study skills, wellbeing resources, and academic planning

• Collaborate with academic teams, career services, and student support departments

• Contribute to peer mentoring initiatives and student engagement programs

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in student services, academic advising, coaching, customer success, or higher education support roles

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience working with student retention, engagement, or wellbeing initiatives

• Comfortable using data and CRM tools to manage outreach and interventions

• Passion for helping students succeed academically and personally
