Job Overview:Scalesforth is seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead our operations in Ghana. As a Supply Chain Manager at Scalesforth, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless coordination across all stages of the supply chain.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company's objectives and growth plans.
• Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan procurement, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer needs.
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and technological advancements to proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to negotiate favorable terms and ensure the reliability of the supply chain network.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in supply chain management, with a track record of successful process optimization and team leadership.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
