Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Teacher located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Teacher will be responsible for developing and executing lesson plans, delivering quality instruction, assessing student progress, and fostering an engaging, inclusive classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include guiding students in skill development, collaborating with colleagues to implement effective teaching strategies, and participating in professional training sessions and school events to support a culture of learning and growth.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to design structured and effective learning sessions.
• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in classroom settings and student engagement.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience in Training and mentoring learners to achieve their academic and personal goals.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for nurturing student success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Teaching, or related field (required); advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience teaching diverse age groups and learning needs is a strong asset.
