Digital healthcare platform that connects patients in the United States with gastrointestinal specialists and registered dietitians to help manage digestive conditions such as IBS, IBD, Crohn’s disease, and other gut-related disorders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accurately enter and maintain patient profile information, including demographics and insurance details.

Scan and upload documents and consent forms into patient records.

Verify insurance eligibility for all scheduled patients.

Interact with healthcare providers and staff to gather necessary information.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entry tasks, minimizing errors.

Manage a high daily volume of entries and document processing in a timely manner.

Utilize multiple software applications efficiently for data entry and record maintenance.

Conduct practice video calls with patients prior to their visits, providing instructions on how to connect.

Obtain consent forms before appointments.

Make confirmation calls to patients for upcoming appointments.

Call and schedule patient appointments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in scheduling, data entry, and administrative support in healthcare, preferably within the gastroenterology space.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
