Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Operator/Tour Guide based in Arusha, Tanzania. The individual in this role will manage comprehensive tour operations, conduct guided tours across Tanzania, handle travel reservations, and actively engage with travelers to ensure a high-quality, personalized experience. The role also involves promoting travel packages, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination of travel plans.

Qualifications
• Proven skills in Guided Tours and knowledge of Travel & Tourism practices
• Strong Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction
• Experience in handling Reservations and coordinating logistics
• Sales expertise for promoting tours and additional services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in local and international tourism regulations and cultural knowledge
• Multilingual abilities and knowledge of regional languages are beneficial
• Experience in the tourism industry or a related field is highly advantageous
