Position: Drivers Company: Refuelling Solutions (T) Limited Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Refuelling Solutions (T) Limited is looking for experienced and professional mobile tank drivers to join our operations team in Dar es Salaam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate mobile tank/bowser trucks for fuel distribution.

• Ensure accurate fuel loading, transportation, and offloading at customer sites.

• Maintain strict compliance with HSSE procedures, traffic regulations, and company policies.

• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report mechanical issues immediately.

• Maintain delivery logs, fuel receipts, and related documentation accurately.

• Provide excellent customer service during all deliveries.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid Tanzania Driving License Class E (mandatory).

• Valid certificate from a recognised and reputable instructor.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience driving heavy trucks; fuel tanker/bowser experience is an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of road safety and HSSE compliance.

• Physically fit, disciplined, and reliable.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery schedules.
