KIDS THERAPY AFRICA (KITA) is East Africa's first pediatric mental health platform, offering comprehensive solutions that integrate insurance and corporate wellness programs. KITA provides a four-pillar framework designed to support employees' families and protect workforce productivity. Services include clinical interventions for children's mental health, manager training on neuro-inclusive workplaces, and a digital support ecosystem for 24/7 access. With proven results and over 500 families served, KITA supports some of Tanzania's largest employers. The organization was founded by Hussein Mshunga, an RBT-certified psychologist trained at the Anderson Center for Autism in New York.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role based in Dar es-Salaam for an Administrative Coordinator. The Administrative Coordinator will handle daily tasks such as scheduling, managing correspondence, organizing records, and overseeing office operations. Additional responsibilities include liaising with clients, supporting financial processes, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. The role requires collaboration with team members to support the company's mission of improving pediatric mental health and workforce productivity.

Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organization skills
• Basic knowledge of Finance and budgeting principles
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and problem-solve effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
