Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, driven, and client-facing professional to establish and grow our presence in Rwanda. This individual will act as the key representative on the ground, managing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and coordinating operations across transport, clearing, and mining-related activities. This role requires someone adaptable and commercially minded, with the ability to build strong relationships and represent the business professionally in front of clients.

Responsibilities
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders in Rwanda
● Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery
● Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
● Coordinate and oversee transport, clearing, and operational activities
● Support mining/ logistics-related operations where applicable
● Work closely with regional teams to ensure smooth execution of services
● Provide market insights and feedback to leadership on opportunities and challenges
● Assist in establishing and growing the Rwanda office/business footprint

Education & Skills

● Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
● Understanding of logistics, transport, customs clearing, and/or mining industries is advantageous.
● Commercially minded with strong problem-solving ability.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
● Relevant work experience required; industry-specific experience preferred.
● High-potential candidates with relevant exposure may also be considered.
● Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
● Experience working in East/Central Africa markets is advantageous.​​​​​​​
