Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bank Teller based in Adenta. As a Bank Teller, you will manage daily banking operations, handle cash transactions, process deposits, withdrawals, and payments. In addition, you will deliver superior customer service, resolve customer inquiries efficiently, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the security of cash and confidential information will be key responsibilities.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Teller Operations, including Deposits and Cash Handling

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on maintaining positive client relationships

• Attention to detail and accuracy, especially in financial transactions

• Sound knowledge of banking practices and regulations is an advantage

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and a fast-paced environment

• Minimum educational qualification of a diploma or higher in a related field

• Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office applications

• Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
