We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive
Location: East Legon, Accra (La Bawaleshie – Dzanifio Street)

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Business Development Executive to help expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. Job Summary The Business Development Executive will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening long-term client relationships across the oil & gas and related sectors.
Reports to: Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities
Identify and assess new business and partnership opportunities within the oil & gas and related sectors in Ghana
Conduct market and industry research to analyze trends, competition, and client needs
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Build, manage, and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients
Lead client negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements
Collaborate with technical, operations, and finance teams to develop proposals and client solutions
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and management reports
Represent CEGL at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms
Stay informed on regulatory developments, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends
Track and report on sales pipeline, performance, and market insights Desired Skills & Competencies
Proven success in business development or sales roles (oil & gas or related sectors preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding targets
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Qualifications & Experience
1–2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship roles
(Banking or financial services experience is an added advantage)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field How to Apply
