Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Call Center Supervisor.
The Call Center

Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the call center, monitor team performance, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include coordinating staff to meet service needs, resolving escalated customer issues, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve service quality. The Supervisor will also train and develop team members, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

• Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and handling escalations with professionalism and efficiency.

• Proficient in analytical skills to assess performance metrics and propose improvements to enhance operations.

• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, addressing customer needs, and providing clear feedback.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Prior experience in a call center environment or a supervisory role is advantageous.
