Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef located in Accra, Ghana. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, ensuring high quality and consistency of dishes, managing the kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Additional duties include menu planning, inventory management, and collaborating with other team members to create a delightful dining experience for our guests.
Qualifications

• Culinary skills including food preparation and cooking

• Kitchen management experience including staff supervision and training

• Knowledge of Ghanaian cuisine and international dishes

• Menu planning and inventory management skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands

• Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
