What You’ll Do

Lead, supervise, and mentor the development team to ensure high performance and continuous growth.

Provide technical leadership by guiding architecture decisions and ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Stay actively involved in development, contributing to coding and technical problem-solving.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients on technical matters, clearly communicating solutions and addressing challenges.

Work closely with leadership to translate ideas into practical, high-quality products.

Oversee project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of reliable solutions.

What We're Looking For

At least 5 years of software development experience.

Proven leadership skills and ability to guide a team.

Strong full-stack development skills including:

.NET Entity Framework

Angular

React

React Native

DevOps & CI/CD pipelines

Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud & Google Console)

Mobile app deployment experience – must know how to deploy applications to both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Passion for creating impactful tech solutions in Ethiopia.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of fintech, e-commerce, or enterprise systems.

Experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, Telegram Bot API, or AWS.
