The Role: Full Desk Excellence

We are looking for a high-energy, growth-minded Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. This is a "360" role where you own the entire lifecycle of the business. You will be responsible for both Business Development (finding and signing new startup clients) and Talent Acquisition (sourcing and placing the top-tier talent those startups need to win).
You will spend half of your day as a hunter, identifying and pitching tech CEOs and founders, and the other half as a recruiter, screening and placing candidates for those very same clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with Seed and Series A tech startups in need of a full-service recruitment partner.
• End-to-End Recruiting: Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including sourcing, initial screening, ATS management, and offer negotiations.
• High-Volume Outreach: Maintain a high activity floor with 50 to 100 outbound calls per day and 200 to 300 personalized cold emails.
• Client Management: Act as a dedicated recruitment consultant for founders, advising them on market trends and hiring best practices.
• Pipeline Ownership: Manage your own revenue cycle from the first point of contact to the final placement.

Required Qualifications

• Positive Attitude & Growth Mindset: You are resilient, motivated, and eager to scale alongside a fast-growing company.
• Strong Communication: Ability to speak the language of tech founders and high-level candidates.
• Discipline: You thrive in a high-volume environment and can manage a split-day schedule effectively.
• Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or tech placement is a major plus, but a "hunger to learn" is the most important requirement.

Position Details & Compensation

• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Location: 100% Remote.
• Office Collaboration: We are opening a physical office in Bole, Addis Ababa. While the role is remote, the team will meet in person at the Bole office for strategic monthly meetings a few days out of each month.
• Compensation: Competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus structure.
