About the Role

Our client, a UK-based company, is looking for accurate and reliable Data Entry Clerks to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with information, and prefers focused, independent work.

No advanced experience is required. Full training will be provided, making this a great entry-level opportunity for someone with basic computer skills, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

You will support the business by entering, updating, and maintaining important information across company systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter data accurately into company systems and spreadsheets
• Update and maintain records and databases
• Review data for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies
• Transfer information between systems or documents
• Organise and manage digital files and records
• Perform basic data verification and quality checks
• Support the team with data-related tasks as needed
• Follow company processes to ensure accuracy

Requirements
• No advanced experience required
• Training will be provided
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and online systems
• Able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Organised, dependable, and willing to learn
• Able to work UK business hours

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer
• Stable internet connection
• Quiet and professional working environment
• Backup power or connectivity solution is advantageous
