This exclusive, design‑led property offers just eight beautifully appointed rooms, allowing for highly personalised guest experiences and meticulous attention to detail.

As Duty Manager and Front of House lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping each guest’s journey from arrival to departure. This hands‑on role is suited to a professional who thrives in an intimate
lodge
environment and understands the expectations of high‑end travellers seeking refinement, comfort, and seamless service. You will represent the lodge as a brand ambassador, ensuring that standards remain consistently exceptional while creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

manager

Job Requirements

• Previous management experience within luxury hospitality at a 4/5* level

• Proven experience as a Duty Manager or Front of House leader in a boutique lodge

• Confident, personable, and detail‑orientated with a passion for guest experience

• Flexible availability for day and evening shifts, including weekends

• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous

• Strong operational knowledge of high‑end hospitality service standards

Package

• Salary: R20,000 negotiable depending on experience

• Live‑out position (Plettenberg Bay area only)
